The staff at the travel inn were so friendly. Like we were old friends . they reomended where to eat, shop, have fun. It is in walking distance to so many thing to see and do. Can't wait to return for our next adventure
Very helpful and understanding. i was traveling with a small child and they gave us a nice quiet room away from everyone. the only thing that upset us was they told us no jumping in the pool ( my daughter is 10). but there was a huge family gathering in the pool area which made it awkward for those of us who wanted to relax too. was told no jumping in pool when the children of the family gathering were jumpin in. also they allowed small children in the hot job. soooo beware, they do cater to there regulars. also they allowed this family consume alcohol in the pool area, which again made it uncomfortable for my family
Excellent location right in the centre of Hyannis, easy walk to restaurants and the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard
Breakfast is next to the indoor pool, which makes it a rather humid, chlorine smelling experience. However, it is also possible to eat outside in nice weather
Helpful, friendly front desk staff; decent, clean rooms. Very convenient location- close to beach and downtown Hyannis. Perfect for a family on a budget looking for a clean, decent place to stay. Nice continental breakfast also. Would stay there again!
Could use some updating.
friendly staff central location handy for sightseeing
The room was comfortable with plenty of power sockets. I liked the balcony.
The wooden construction meant that the the Irish revellers were audible late into the night.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious room, clean linen nice balcony. Continental breakfast: bagels, bread, tea, coffee, coffee cakes , muffins, cereals, milk, orange juice, etc. No fruits though. The room had no coffee maker. Margaret Senior Traveler
Great friendly staff. Convenient location. Good value for the money.
Balcony was missing siding.
very friendly and helpful staff with a very good breakfast selection. good location near the main street.
The hotel is in a good location. It is an older hotel but reasonably kept up. For what we paid, I think it is a good value. Continental breakfast was nice.
No elevator. Lobby closes at 11pm.
Central location, free parking, breakfast was included in the price, air conditioning, free wifi.
The room doors didn't seem to be secure when locked, very dated rooms, mould in bathroom.
The room was cheap
The hotel grounds were a mess. The outside pool was green with a thick coating of algae. The breakfast room was in the heated pool area and the atmosphere there was stifling.
The location of the the motel was perfect. Good value for the money.
It was a bit dated, but they are making strides to improve it.
Outside poplåt was not cleaned
The staff was really friendly and very helpful
Doors were very cheap. Had to lock my turning lick inside the door before closing. They were like a cheap, hallow bathroom door. I could kick it in if I wanted to. The halls were dirty and smelled bad. The room was livable but not for longer than one nights sleep. I would not want to hang out in that room for very long
